"The Confucius Memorial Ceremony of 2019" sign-up Form for:

1) Dancer (36), practice & rehearsal date(S)：08/18; 08/25; 09/08; 09/15 2:30 ~ 4:30 PM,
09/21 (Sat) 2:00 pm ~ 5:00 PM, 09/22, &
09/22(Sun) 8 AM Final rehearsal
*Need to attend at least 3 times practices, rehearsals, and the ceremony

2) Deacons (12), practices & rehearsal date(s)：09/21 (Sat) 2:00 pm ~ 5:00 PM
09/22(Sun) 8 AM Final rehearsal
*Need to attend both dates

3) Reciter (100), rehearsal: 09/22(Sun) 8 AM Final rehearsal,10 AM Ceremony begins

4) Adult Volunteer (8) for performance costume: 09/21(Sat) 2:00 pm ~ 5:00 pm &
09/22 (Sun) 8 AM Final rehearsal

**You must meet the above requirements. In order for the dancer & deacons to receive the community services hour certificate, gift, snack box, and gift card (only the dancer will receive gift card). All attendees will receive a snack box and a gift.
