Confucius was born on September 28th, 551 BCE. At a young age, he felt called become a teacher. Though Confucius started with only a few students, that number, over his lifetime, grew to over 3,000. He is recognized by many as one of the greatest teachers to have ever lived, and his philosophies of "teaching without regard for type [social status]" and "teaching in accordance with ability" still live on today. Now, in honor of Confucius, September 28th named "Teachers Day", a day of recognition for all teachers. We would like to use this opportunity to send our many appreciations to all of our teachers.
