Silicon Valley Chinese School (SVCS) has consent for all parents or guardians to take photos or video during school events and use them for school related businesses, including, and not limited to, general school promotion and publicity.

Event media are the properties of SVCS. Unauthorized use, copy, download, or derivative work are prohibited.

SVCS will remove media presence of any media upon receipt of such request from the students or their legal guardians.  SVCS is not responsible for any duplication made by third parties.

矽谷中文學校（SVCS）家長或監護人同意在學校活動期間拍攝照片或視頻，並將其用於學校相關業務，包括一般學校宣傳。

活動媒體為本校產權。禁止無授權使用、複製、下載或衍生作品。

校方如收到學生或其法定監護人請求，當刪除任何相關媒體。校方不承擔任何第三方複製之責任。
