100-phrase test, HanYu Pin Yin test and Idiom test

The 100-phrase test:

All students who missed the test must report to the room parent on May 6 to do the make-up test. Students who wish to improve their score have the opportunity to retake the test on this day, too.

The HanYu PinYin test:

 All students who missed the test must go to the Room 114 from 9:10pm-9:40pm on

May 6 to do the make-up test.

The Idiom test:

 All students who missed the test must go to the main office at 9:10pm on May 6 to do the make-up test.

Valley Chinese School website.

100-phrase test - K-5th grade

HanYu PinYin test - 6th grade to 8th grade

Idiom test - 9th to advanced classes

The 100-phrase test will be on the report card, but will not be included as part of the final grade. The school will reward all

students who get an A on the test. All students who missed the test must report to the room parent on May 6 to do the make-up

SAT II Chinese Preparation Test

The National Preparation Test for SAT Subject Test in Chinese will be held on March-6-2015 Friday 7:00pm-9:00 pm in SVCS.  Last day for registration is on 2/6 in office.  

Registration fee: $15 for current student, $20 for not-current student

Academic Affairs

SVCS provides SAT II Chinese Subject Test preparation classes. There are totally six classes in a session. Please register at the office on 9/5 or 9/12. The tuition is $60 for SVCS students and $75 for non-SVCS students. Class Schedule: 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/24 and 10/31; Time: 6:00 - 6:50 PM; Location: Room 610
